Why was I charged sales tax?
According to THE LAW, I am obligated to charge sales tax in Colorado, because Bird Fur is physically located in Colorado. I so wish Bird Fur was a metaphysical dimension-hopping ghost-angel, and I could get away with charging nothing, but we're not there yet.
Washing instructions?
Machine wash cold. No bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron decorations/customization.
Is standard shipping the only option?
At this time, yes, but I will try my darndest to introduce new shipping options in the future.
Who manufactures the garments?
The majority of the shirts are Anvil 980s and they're printed by The Printful. Our "Beyonce" shirt is printed by Printify on the Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee. Our "Bruce Lee Mozzarella Stick" shirt is printed by Merchify on the American Apparel Poly-Cotton 50/50 t-shirt.
What type of ink do you use?
The majority of our shirts are printed using Brother GT-3, water-based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Our "Beyonce" and "Bruce Lee Mozzarella Stick" shirt uses Kornit's NeoPigment PURE Ink, which is water-based and non-hazardous.
